HOW TO CARE FOR FURNITURE WITH FABRIC UPHOLSTERY
Whether or not your upholstered furnishings are purely decorative or both functional and stylish, careful cleaning and maintenance of the fabric grants long-term satisfaction.
To fully enjoy your fabric seating and ensure its longevity, please follow a few basic rules:
Don’t place your seating near a fireplace that’s in use.
Avoid exposure to excessive sunlight.
Be careful with jeans that can transfer color onto the fabric: this may be unfixable.
Don’t expose your seating to scratches from pets or sharp objects (e.g. studs, buckles).
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
Routine maintenance helps keep your upholstered furniture in perfect condition. Vacuum clean the upholstery regularly to keep the fabric in good shape and prevent dust, hair, and crumbs from settling into the body of the furniture. Be careful with fringes and tassels: vacuum cleans them only with low power.
Remove spills and other accidental stains as soon as possible, but never with harsh soaps or detergents. In the case of an old and dried-up stain, the first step is always vacuuming.
For stain removal use a specialized stain cleaner such as HG stain remover or a similar product. Follow the instruction on the packaging and always try the solution on an inconspicuous part of the upholstery before using it on a more noticeable portion.
To maintain the original softness and resilience of the cushions, hand fluff and reverse the cushions regularly.

All packages shipped out will be via a trackable method. Once our shipping company forwards the tracking number to us, we will in turn send you the tracking number via email. Please see below for the estimated shipping times to your country/region.

- b) Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, and to all other countries ~ 20 to 30 business days.
- c) Lebanon, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Kuwait, Russia, South Africa ~ 20 to 49 business days.
Important note: Please note that all estimated shipping times stated are based on normal conditions. Every once in a while, we do experience heavy international shipping volumes, especially during the holiday seasons. Also, do note that customs in some countries do take longer times to clear and scan incoming packages, which explains for the difference in the estimated shipping times stated above.
Express Shipping by DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS or equivalent (6-13 days):
For enquiries on upgrading your order to express shipping, please send us an email at email@example.com immediately after placing your order with us and we'll respond to you with a quote and invoice for online payment. Do note that shipping by the express method costs about US$10-$50 per item, depending on the country it is being shipped to.
Order Processing times:
Please note that Order processing time must be added on to shipping times, to get the total time taken for you to receive an order upon placing it. Order processing time is between 3-5 business days, and is used to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels, and forwarding it to our shipping company for dispatch.
We will not be able to cancel orders once it has begun to be processed. As a general rule of thumb, if you do not email us within 5 hours of placing an order, there is a high chance that we will not be able to cancel it. Nonetheless, do drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
Orders that are unable to be delivered
All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item's value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order. :)
If your received package seems to be missing any items, please do not worry! We do ship orders in multiple/separate packages every now and then, due to weight restrictions and also to facilitate faster shipping once an item is located in our warehouse. Simply drop us an email at email@example.com and we'll take care of it right away. :)
Once your order ships out and our database updated with your online tracking number, we'll send you an email with the online tracking information which you can use to track your package. If 6 business days has passed and you still have not received this email from us, simply drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll check it out for you right away.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Adequate quality goods are final sale.
We only accept a return of rejected goods or goods distinctly different from the description.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
In case goods failed to come in order of size, color or style we will not be able to make the return.
Please look to size chart specified on the website while placing an order.
In case you received the rejected goods, please, contact the Support service, send us an email at email@example.com. Specify goods, apply photo of the defect or discrepancy or return reason.
Note that we can accept goods only in case it is hanging by the wall, its marketable condition, consumer attributes, stamps, and factory labels or packing box are untouched.
We will contact you within 24 hours.
Attention: Please, do not return the parcel post to the address specified on a parcel, it - not the address for return. If you sent goods without notice of Support Service, such goods are not accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We only accept a return of rejected goods or goods distinctly different from the description.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
